C02: Process Combination of Additive Manufacturing and Machining for the Remanufacturing of Unique Products
The aim of the subproject is the remanufacturing of unique components by means of additive manufacturing and machining processes. Removal of identified damage is achieved by structure-borne sound monitored machining. Digital process validation in additive manufacturing using pyrometry as well as optical emissions is qualified. The detailed consideration of the boundary layer for damage-free hybrid additive manufacturing is carried out. In the final, the interactions between additive and subtractive manufacturing are evaluated during the remanufacturing of the components to the resulting states and the process chain is optimized.
