A01: Integrated Planning and Control of the Circular Factory

The goal of A01 is the development of an integrated planning and control system for the circular factory, considering uncertainties regarding product variant, condition, input and execution times. For this purpose, production resources and processes are ontologically modeled with dynamic capabilities and an evaluation model is defined. In addition, a robust capacity and process planning for the circular factory is developed and a short-term, reactive scheduling is realized. In order to identify potentials and to ensure robustness, specific simulation studies are carried out and an integrated layout and configuration planning is realized.
