B05: Learning from Human Eye and Gaze Movement
The work program is concerned with learning from human eye and gaze behavior in order to formulate implicit action knowledge and to better understand the underlying cognitive processes. For this purpose, studies will be conducted within the developed experimental environment of the learning cell. By analyzing eye and gaze movements, problem recognition and the corresponding solution strategies will be described, learning processes in dealing with different problems as well as the transfer of problem-related knowledge will be investigated, and finally, procedures for knowledge transfer to humans as well as to machine learning procedures and the task model will be developed and evaluated.
