B01: Autonomous Measurement Strategies

The aim of the work program is the realization of an autonomous diagnosis of the products observed in the circular factory. In this way, it is possible to react to the prevailing uncertainty with regard to product variant and product condition. Relevant measurement and testing tasks are first derived for the sample under consideration. This is followed by the construction of the diagnostic station with the necessary measurement and testing system concepts. Autonomous measurement strategies and measurement sequences are developed in order to guide unique products individually through the diagnostic process and thus to be able to predict the functional capability and system reliability.
